When Can Filing Fail or Become Invalid

Municipal or county-level energy authorities must complete the filing review within 10 working days from the date of receiving the project filing application and notify the project entity of the review result. When the cumulative scale of applied projects exceeds the annual guidance scale of the region, the local energy authority should issue a notice and stop accepting filing applications. If a distributed PV project has not been built and put into operation within the validity period of its filing without special reasons, the project filing document automatically becomes invalid.
