How Are Distributed PV Subsidies Paid to Project Owners

The grid enterprise is responsible for metering and recording the electricity generated by the PV system and the surplus PV electricity fed into the grid. All electricity generated by the PV system is eligible for the national quota-based electricity subsidy. Based on the metered PV electricity data, the grid enterprise transfers the national subsidy funds according to the state-specified per-kWh subsidy standard and the settlement cycle.
