Grid companies are responsible for guiding and assisting project entities in the grid-connection commissioning and acceptance of distributed PV power projects, and signing power purchase and sale contracts with project entities. Grid companies separately meter the total generation and the on-grid electricity of distributed PV projects.
Subsidies are granted to distributed PV power projects based on electricity generated. Grid companies shall settle the electricity fees for on-grid electricity with project entities at the on-grid tariff prescribed by the state and, under the state's generation-based subsidy policy, transfer the national subsidy funds to project entities monthly for the total generation of each project.
