How to Choose Grid Connection Voltage for Distributed PV Systems

The grid connection voltage of a distributed PV system is mainly determined by its installed capacity, and the specific voltage must follow the grid access approval issued by the power grid company. Generally, residential systems connect to the grid at 220V, while commercial systems connect at 380V. The system voltage configurations are shown in the figure below:
