What Is a Turnkey Project

A turnkey project refers to the general contracting of "design, procurement, and construction" of a project, which is finally handed over directly for operation. Its meaning is similar to the commonly used engineering general contracting. For the user connection project of a distributed PV power generation project, full-process services are provided following the process of "site survey and access plan determination, engineering design and equipment selection, construction and completion acceptance, on-site grid-connection commissioning, and grid-connected power generation". The user directly receives the entire project and immediately puts it into power generation operation, which is called a "turnkey project".
