What PV Policies Does Wuxi Have

Guided by "government guidance, market operation, and policy incentives" and following the principles of "demonstration leadership, self-consumption, and surplus power fed to the grid", specific policies include the following: ground-mounted power stations: RMB 1.25/kWh in 2013, RMB 1.2/kWh in 2014, and RMB 1.15/kWh in 2015; distributed power stations: a one-time subsidy of RMB 200,000 per MW; for projects implemented under the energy management contracting (EMC) model, the units implementing energy-saving projects and the project investment institutions are each given a one-time reward and project support of no more than RMB 200,000 and RMB 1,000,000 per project respectively.
