The CHISEN GFMJ series uses nano colloid electrolyte, which improves the phenomenon of electrolyte stratification. Combined with thick electrode plates and thin anti-corrosion alloy, it has better float life and cycle life than GFM, and enhances high temperature resistance, overcharge resistance, and over discharge performance. It is particularly suitable for scenarios with certain requirements for cycling performance or high ambient temperatures.

Product Introduction

The CHISEN GFM Medium-Density Series employs AGM technology, thick plates, and corrosion-resistant alloys, delivering exceptional float service life and cycle life. With superior high-current discharge performance, low self-discharge rate, and reliability, it is ideal for backup power applications such as UPS/EPS switchgear, cable TV systems, and telecommunication systems.

Structural Specifications

Positive Plate Grid: Thickened high-tin, low-calcium alloy plate.
Negative Plate Grid: Lead-calcium alloy plate.
Separator: Enhanced AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) separator.
Electrolyte: High-purity dilute sulfuric acid.
Casing: ABS plastic.
Terminal Seal: Dual epoxy resin sealing.
Safety Valve: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber.

Recommended Charging Parameters

Charging Method: Voltage- and current-limited charging.
Float Charge Voltage: 2.27V/cell @25°C.
Float Voltage Temperature Compensation: -3mV/°C/cell.
Equalization Charge Voltage: 2.35V/cell @25°C.
Maximum Charging Current: 0.25C₁₀A (where C₁₀ = rated capacity at 10-hour discharge rate).
